Christmas Movie Guide: Best Movies to Watch this Holiday Season

Christmas is almost here babes! That means, holiday music, peppermint lattes, colder days, blankets and best of all, feel good Christmas movies!!!

I don’t know about you guys but Christmas time for me is pretty much an entire month full of food, family, friends and fun! I love afternoon family gatherings where we just watch Christmas movies, drink hot coco and just enjoy one another’s company.

Coming from a big family (3 brothers, 1 sister), my siblings and I used to celebrate Christmas by watching a different movie every night in our pajamas, followed by Christmas crafts, some baking and of course, some holiday games.

Needless to say, some of the best memories we created as a family (sibling rivalries aside) was during Christmas time. A huge part of that was due to the holiday movies that brought us together. Everything from Elf, The Nightmare Before Christmas, A Christmas Carol, you name it, we watched it! The good ol days.

Fast forward to now, we’re all adults but we still have the same love for Christmas as if we were kids.

While we may not all live in the same city, we all still have our tradition when we get together of watching movies, living in PJ’s and eating all the cookies and hot chocolate and just enjoying each other’s company.

It’s time to continue the tradition and work our way through some of my favorite Christmas movies this holiday season! Below you’ll find some of the best movies to watch (in no particular order) with the family and some with your friends.
